Greg Cameron, CFP, CLU

Certified Financial Planner

Greg brings over 40 years of business and financial industry expertise to head up the Chartwell Financial Group.

As a Certified Financial Planner and a Chartered Life Underwriter, he has the education and experience to provide industry-leading strategies and solutions for his clients.

Greg also supports the financial service industry with his work on advisory boards, and through his memberships in Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada and the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting (CALU). He is proud to be a CALU member and support the work it does in partnership with the government to support all Canadians.

Greg has also given back to the industry by writing and publishing articles, speaking at engagements, teaching classes for Advocis, and mentoring newer people in the industry.

He brings sound advice and council to his clients in an otherwise complicated industry in a warm, friendly and engaging environment.

Married to his wife, Christine, they have five children. Greg has enjoyed coaching soccer, hockey, baseball and basketball and truly enjoys coaching and mentoring all children. He and Christine are now proud grandparents. When not in the office, he can undoubtedly be found with his family and friends skiing, fishing, hiking or taking on new sports or activities in the outdoors.

 

(Noreen) Gail Winzoski

Financial Security Advisor

Gail believes there’s more to investment management and financial security planning than just numbers. Gail believes, great strategy, professional portfolios and winning results stem from outstanding client service—commitment, communication, and trust.

Motivated to helping her clients achieve their goals, Gail prides herself on always being available, being empathetic, and providing solid information to her clients.

She brings over 30 years of management and financial experience to Chartwell Financial. Her past career highlights include being part of an international trading company and managing executive accounts for the Royal Bank.

As a former Compliance Officer, Gail brings a wealth of knowledge to assist her clients. Gail is licensed to work with insurance products, investment funds and is currently working to earn her Certified Financial Planner designation.

A major advocate of community sports programs for children and youth, Gail is a Director for the Crescent Beach Swim Club and a former Board Member of the Semiahoo Girls Soccer Club. She also sponsors the Nite of Hope to benefit the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation in White Rock and West Vancouver.

Gail is the mother of two daughters.

Cheryl McGee

Client Service Manager

While she’s been managing clients’ administrative needs at Chartwell Financial Group since 2002, Cheryl began her career in the financial industry almost 20 years ago. Hence, she’s gained considerable experience in the life insurance and mutual fund industry. As Chartwell’s client Service Manager, Cheryl’s prime objective is to provide quality administrative service and support to all of CFG’s clients. Cheryl is a problem solver by nature and, with her wealth of experience and her diverse skill set, she is able to provide the excellent client service our clients have come to expect.

Cheryl is a life licensed marketing assistant. She is mutual funds registered so she can assist clients with sales support functions for which registration is required (she has successfully completed the IFIC Canadian Investment Funds Course). Cheryl also holds a Certificate in Computerized Office and Accounting.

When not at the office, Cheryl’s time is spent with her husband of more than 28 years, their two children and the apples of her eye, her two grandsons. They enjoy camping, fishing and everything outdoors. Cheryl also enjoys gardening and diving into a good book.

Pamela Johnston

Reception/Administration

Pamela “Pam” joined the Chartwell Financial Group in 2008 as another individual keenly dedicated to providing professional service and support to all of CFG’s clients.

Pam runs the front end of the office and is often the first to greet our friends and clients. She is dedicated to making visits to our office a most pleasant experience.

Pam has 15 years of administrative/secretarial work experience. She holds an Administrative Secretary Certificate and has successfully completed several sales and marketing courses.

Pam is another outdoor enthusiast. With her two children, she enjoys skiing, hiking and all sports, and can be found on the field most weekends coaching her son’s soccer team.
