Gail has been in the financial services industry for almost 30 years. She started her career with The Royal Bank where she focused on executive banking and working with high net-worth clients. Gail joined Chartwell Financial Group in 2000 and has obtained her Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation.
Being a single mother of two girls, Gail subsequently learned how to prioritize what’s important, set goals and make plans to achieve them. While her desire has always been to help people achieve financial independence through planning, Gail’s passion is tax and estate planning. She works with clients to educate them on how to effectively manage their finances and help reduce the income tax they pay, as she believes it goes a long way to ensuring they have adequate savings for retirement and helps maximize wealth for future generations.
Because there is so much information out there, Gail works with the intention of educating and is always driven by what is in the client’s best interest. She works with industry experts to present the best options for consideration and prides herself on the service she provides to her clients.
Outside the office, Gail can be found spending time with family and friends and taking her dog Gus for walks. She also volunteers as a Director for the Surrey Art Gallery Association. Another organization that is near and dear to her heart is the BC Children’s hospital.
